My projectsI'm Certified in UX by Nielsen Norman Group, with a Specialty in UX Management. I'm the founder of ResearchPro and Professor of the MBA in UX Research, Research Operations and Design Leadership at UNIFATEC, in partnership with the Toronto School of Management.
I was in the position of UX Research Lead at Warren Investimentos and have been a Senior User Researcher at Nuvemshop / Tiendanube for 4 years, participating in the creation and launch of innovative products for thousands of entrepreneurs in Latin America.
I'm a content creator and I'm dedicated to simplifying UX Research for professionals in the area and those looking to specialize in Research.
As the Cofounder of Observe, the first conference on UX Research in Brazil, I'm helping to bring hundreds of people to strengthen their knowledge in the field and connect with the best professionals in the market.
I've also worked on youth entrepreneurship initiatives in Belgium, supported by the European Commission.
